How I work
As an integrative counsellor, I work in a way that adapts to you as an individual so you can get the most out of each session. As individuals, we all need different things at different times in our lives. I offer a safe space that gives understanding, empathy, and warmth. Counselling isn't about being right or wrong. It's a space where you can just be you and come as you are. You can laugh, cry, and feel any emotions that may come up for you, enabling you to reach your goals and heal.
I have a keen interest in the arts and I have a passion for using spoken word poetry in my practice as a counsellor to those who would like to explore using that method.
Sessions take place weekly to maximise the therapeutic process. However, do contact me to find out about other arrangements.
I currently only work online using Zoom, please get in touch and we can discuss this further as there may be scope to have face to face session in the future in the SE London area.
I also offer limited evening currently on a Thursday
Weekday sessions are £60
I work with adults who are 18+ in a person centred way, that may be dealing with a variety of issues (click here for a list of issues). Counselling will be tailored for you so you can get the most out of your therapy. We can do a mix of talking therapy and creative therapy if it is something you would like. This can be explored further in sessions.
You may have a specific goal in mind or you may need to talk to me during sessions to figure your issue out.
Group counselling takes place online in groups of up to eight people. Each group will have a specific focus, such as low mood, anxiety or change etc.
Group counselling can be a cheaper option than individual counselling and you will have the opportunity to meet others who are experiencing similar issues to you.

Creative counselling can be used for adults, children and young people. It can be very useful at times when talking isn't enough, or feels too much to do. Creative counselling can be done with art, drama, sand or spoken word poetry. This can be tailored to suit you and can be one or a mix. This can be incorporated with talking therapy.
You do not need any creative experience to be able to do this therapy or benefit from it.
Outdoor Therapy is a therapy that takes therapy out of the room. We can do this whilst walking in a local park or local area, or at my allotment. It is important to understand that people may hear what is being discussed, so this is important to take into consideration when thinking about this therapy option.
